It seems like everyone in the entire world is trying to get free breakfast so if the site doesn't work, just continue to press refresh.  It took me about 15 minutes to get it all said and done.  You will know it went through when you get an email.

My birthday happens to be on Monday the 6th, which is one of the days they offer the free breakfast, so .... I get free breakfast on my Birthday! :) Lucky me!
